Further information on the resolutions to be proposed at the Meeting can be found in the Notice of AGM circular that has been made available on the Company's website at: www.adsureservicesplc.co.uk The proposed final dividend of 0.95 pence per share is subject to approval by shareholders at the AGM, the following revised distribution timetable will apply: Ex-dividend date Thursday 24 September 2026 Record date Thursday 25 September 2026 Payment date Friday 9 October 2026 Jeff Zitron to step down from the Board of Adsure Services Plc The Company also gives notice that Jeff Zitron, Non-Executive Director and Chair will not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming AGM and has informed the Company that he will be retiring from the Board of Adsure Services at the conclusion of the meeting after 18 years of service to the Company and its operating subsidiary, TIAA Limited. Mark Knight will assume the role of interim Non-Executive Chair until a replacement has been appointed.
